Why I started AgencyAIOS
Most businesses I've worked with had the same problem. They knew AI could help them, they'd even tried it, but nothing ever changed. People were still buried in the same tasks, the same bottlenecks, the same manual work they'd been doing for years.
The tools weren't the issue. The missing piece was always someone who could look at how the business actually operated, identify exactly where AI would create leverage, build it properly, and then make sure the team actually used it.
AgencyAIOS exists to be that missing piece. Not a software subscription. Not a consultant who hands off a report and disappears. A partner who installs the system, trains the team in person, and sticks around to make sure it compounds in value over time.
How I work
Every engagement starts with a workflow audit. I spend time understanding how your team actually operates before anything gets built. Where does time disappear? What work follows the same pattern every single day? What frustrates people most?
Only once I have a clear picture do I build anything. And when I build, I build to fit your specific workflows, not generic templates. The output looks like it came from your team, because it was designed around your team's actual processes.
I fly to clients for installation and training. I've found it makes all the difference. Adoption rates are dramatically higher when people are shown, in person, rather than sent a tutorial and left to figure it out. That's not negotiable for me.
